Hi,
I just got a new iphone 3G, which has 2.2.1 firmware and 02.30 modem, and i purchased a Gevey plus 2 turbo sim for it.

when i insert the turbo sim with my original sim (an Israeli USIM) the iphone prompts that there no sim card...
a couple of times the iphone found my network but after two seconds the reception was lost and the "no sim" message came back...

i tried to unable 3G, anable roaming, switch my sim with another sim and even switch my Gevey turbo sim with a Rebel turbo sim but nothing works...

Has someone had this troube? what can i do?

When you initally pop the turbo sim in wait a couple of minutes no sim should pop out 2-3 times it will find the signal then lose it again after all that you should see a menu that says "Thanks for using gevey" and a accept or cancel to go to their website. After that you should be good 2 go. Also turn off 3G.
