Mine does not work that great...

I bought one from EBAY... checked packaging and seal... and it is supposed to work fine... but i get A LOT OF "NO SERVICE" when I'm supposed to get Full Bars... Compared to other Iphone (First Gen) and a Nokia E61.

I have to Reset the Phone Almost Everyday due to that issue. Sometimes i get signal... can call anyone... but cant receive calls. Orange Offered me a Newer 3G Sim but nothing has changed.

THIS CHIP IS CRAP... Does not Work with Orange DR.

Sir your sim unlock solution (i-smartphone) is making my sim card broken i try it and always no service

but Gevey Sims are the best no need to cut sim card just insert it in the iphone

but now i'm using tornadosim which has better signal reception and i can upgrade or downgrade the firmware inside the sim unlock chip myself

My "Gevey plus" works great. I even have 3G working on Softbank Japan's network.
As long as you buy an official Gevey Plus and not a rip off I think you'll be fine.

You must be using an outdated version of the i-smartphone sim because mine (v.3) is working perfectly on O2 in the UK (it is a US AT&T iPhone).

I would like to see this new Gevey 'Plus' though... the original Gevey failed after 2 weeks.
