^^ It happened to me using Q-SIM. It depends from Carrier to Carrier.
If you havent been blocked for the first few hours, then its almost safe to say that you wont be blocked ever. After that Gevey 3G didnt work for me (which I recieved today) but I also recieved VirginSIM today, which is working.
