I've visited iPhone-sim-unlock.com triggered by your signature and it looks quite good. I just wonder whether they are merely charlatans as all the rest. Anybody can post feedback? at least they offer money back warranty which in this case could definitely make the difference right? I wish that as soon as the right vendor is found, they start working on the dual & unlocking sim solution. /kitus |

We have produced a small batch of the High Speed VirginSim samples before & this ebayer is giving it free to the buyers for the price of a Normal Speed VirginSim. It will be good if we have more "testers" on this High Speed VirginSim so we can have enough data to solve the problems. The initial conclusion is some sim cards are not giving a 3.6v voltage for the High Speed VirginSim to work properly. May be we have to compromise the search speed a bit for it to work in lower voltage.Or we can improve the speed of the Normal version. Until we solve this problem, we shall only sell the Normal Speed VirginSim officially, which is a bit sad since the High Speed has been tested working extreme well in some occasions. In the meantime,we shall let the Normal Speed VirginSim get selling first, then High Speed version will catch up soon .BTW,our officially website will be ready by this weekend, we shall post any undate in there! |

i have the sim 5 weeks now, still going strong! i have had no problem whatsoever.
The only downside of the sim is having to put the phone into airplane mode when synching in itunes. but oh well, everything works reliable :-) @mark: they do respond to my questions quickly

I wouldn't update your software if it's been working for a month already. If it ain't broke then leave it be is my philosophy. Wait till it doesn't work then upgrade. A lot of people had universal sim and v540 was working fine for them, and once they wwent to v550 it started giving errors, even after downgrading back. Not saying that will happen in your situation, but anythings possible.
As for your iTunes solution, just use pwnage and chose to activate. Don't be scared. It will do you no harm.
