You live in germany and are still testing the Stealthsim se? Your carrier is vodafone de? I see the status in your signature, so i wondered if you are still testing and the status is up-to-date - logically i would think the testing ended, because you use the tornadoSIM today...just wondering... So how long did you use the Stealthsim without any problems (data excluded)?

Thank you and just my 2 cents
I have 4 phones to test on, as soon as something changes i'll update my signature, but also i'm still working on the unified way i talked about earlier. So yes, the StealthSim is still up and running.

For the tornado sim, i dont get any dataconnection.. I had 3G but once i reboot the phone it was gone...Still, more on it later.

I can concur that Tornado sim, at least on T-Mobile USA, is the best solution I have used so far. I have been using it for nearly two weeks, side by side with my officially unlocked iPhone 3G. I send sms back and forth, as well as calls. I don't get the delayed sms that I did with StealthSim SE. EDGE has not dropped off for me. I have pretty great service in my area, but when I do go into no service for brief amounts of time, it comes back with no problem. Again, this BB log is far different from the others I have tested. This may be the key... I still have Universal Sim, YESSIM, and Virgin Sim on the way and will let everyone know how it goes!

There has been times where it will regain service, but I have also had to reboot the phone a few times as well. Once rebooted, it works just like it did before.

Yes, when it took too long to regain service, just reboot, you will get signal right away. Losing signal is not the sim fault, it is the network.

Umm... I got Virgin Sim, but the way it is, the chip part is on the bottom of the SIM adaptor. So I am worried about sticking it in my phone... I don't believe it is sanded down or thin enough to risk sticking in my phone, to be honest... Anyone else with Virgin Sim, what do you think?

My Tornado SIM still hasn't arrived. I believe it was sent by USPS. Which means it is probably somewhere at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean at this stage. Unlockcellular could you PM me the tracking number please? I know you posted it on this thread but I can't find it now...

Same results here. Though I have noticed that since updating to 2.0.2, I have not had to restart in order to get service back. If possible, I'll try staying in a No Service area for a while and I'll see how long it takes for it to pick up signal again. I'll also try switching to Airplane Mode for a period of time. Before updating, I would have to restart after activating Airplane Mode to get signal back.
