Hi, Yes I see some people received RJ45 yesup instead of USB. Would it be possible to make a thread to support our custumers?

We have some important issue to solve... hope you don't mind I will creat a new post with all related information

I absolutely don't mind if you create a new thread to support your customers on your support forum.

Tough luck if you're too cheap to have one though
