I only hope that Manole provides a better way to purchase Universal-SIM. I've trying in the past few days, but couldn't make it. I offered even to purchase a sample to test with 3 different brazilian carriers.

I am here o share an information about the uncoking iphone 3G.
This product is form iNex (a company from Taiwan that produce Hypersim or so called PSS sim).
Since the sim tray is complete different from 2G iphone.
We need to re-design the lay out of circuit board and replace a new ic with new one, to avoid the ic being stuck into iphone.
It will be ready at the end of the month.
We have focus the tested on the 3G signal.
It is complete stable when using the 3G signal including the web browsing or data transfer.
Unlike the most similar product in the market, not quite stable on signal or even not supprot the 3G ( at least in Taiwanese market ).
We will upload the video in a couple of days.
I knew there is a lot of people that conning around by announce they can unlock 3G iphone but actually not.
And there might be many people that will say I must be one of them.
I will not defend on that.
The truth will be revealed when the demo video is available or somebody else who ever tried it can back me up.
At this new version of Hypersim, we don't need to activate the iphone or jailbreak.
It works with the OTB iphone 3G.
Even you can use it without the activation, it can receive and make calls at the sate before activation on the emergency calls only page.
If you connect the iphone to itunes at this stage with OTB firm ware, your iphone will activated straight away just like to use with an approved sim card.
We will upate this as soon as the video and product is ready.

I didnt have any jot with StealthSIm and FuriouSIM is a no-go as I still cant program it. Universal sim I am still awaiting new softwares.

I am getting samples of the new RebelSIM and Virgin SIM. Although my officially unlocked iPhone is doing me well just want the other one unlocked by whatever means possible and if a dirty sim is needed - so be it.

Update for Universal-SIM was released yeasterday. Please do try it and post results here.

Yessim --> The most stable out of all, and the easiest.
TurboSIM --> Stable on most networks (but not all).

NaysNay, what else have you tested? i-Smartphone? Gevey? I hear Gevey is one of the best.
