Does anybody use a Swisscom V1 card (SuperSim method) in his iPhone?

I have to problems:

1. I do net get the SMS from Swisscom when somebody called my voicemail.

2. When I register for a Swisscom WLAN Hotspot, I need to receive a confirmation SMS with a code, which I need to enter, in order to get online thru the WLAN hotspot. This SMS doens't reach my iPhone!

Otherwise I do not have any problem with SMS, meaning I can send and receive SMS to/from other people without any problems.

It looks like there is a problem with the Swisscom SMS only...

Anybody can help?

i have an identical problem, when sms arrives with text instead of nummber the sms does no arrive!?

Same here, on orange network. If I try to send the sms using a service like aspsms (so the sender is a string), the sms never arrives.

sunrise, geohot, sms in/out, tel in/out, gprs nicht getestet zu teuer

I also have sms in/out. But it fails if the sender is a string. This happens with some sms services or gateway like aspsms. Did you try sms in with this kind of service?

I did not try "aspsms" but I have tried skype sms. In skype you can decide whether you send sms with string (your name) or numbers (your phone number). Both work perfectly!

as mentioned before sms in/out to other mobile phones (any carrier!) work perfectly, but still not able to receive swisscom voicemail sms!

ich kann sms via mysunrise empfangen.
sms fuer mailbox so oder so nicht da ich mailbox ausgeachaltet habe.
was soll ich sonst noch testen? Die sim ist sehr als (noch eine von diax, wer das noch kennt), also wahescheinlich ne sim v1

Ich benutze eine selbstgebrannte SilverCard und eine alte V1 Swisscom Karte.

Wie gesagt, "normale" SMS funktioniert...

Ist halt etwas umständlich, wenn man nicht weis, ob jemand auf die Combox gesprochen hat oder nicht...

Welche Variante hast Du verwendet für Dein iPhone (SuperSim? TurboSim? Hardware...?)

Maybe related to the sim or the operator. I only get sms from skype when using my phone number. If I use my pseudo, I don't get the sms. My sim is 4 years old. Will do some tests with other sims to see if there is any difference.
