Has anyone tested any of the sim methods to see if it works with uk o2 iphones? I have been looking at some auctions in ebay, but some say (turbosim), that it will only work with USA locked iphones?

Can anyone help?

The original TurboSIM from Bladox will work with UK iPhones because you have to program it yourself with the data from your iPhone's original O2-SIM.

The seller of the HyperSIM listed in kongolese's sticky post told me in an email that you can order a HyperSIM for UK iPhones from him.

I can confirm Romenator that easyisim works on my UK 1.1.2 OTB with my Orange sim with no problems.
