1.1.2 OOTB HyperSim "no sim"

Hi all
I ordered an unlocked iphone in the usa. i got it yesterday and put my sim with the included hyper sim in the phone. first "no service". a little later "no sim".

its an 02 germany sim with a hyper sim.

can anybody help me please

i heard about a applesaft version wich i could change??
