V2/3 use different, unknown, secret algorithm. No chance.

Little clarification: if turbo sim were used then you don't care about v1/2/3/anything. You leave this to your card to do the proper network auth.

I just reviewed the info about turbo sim. This looks like the perfect workaround!
( it does cost more than a silvercard)

Can you just program the turbo sim with for instance the unlimited usb card writer?

Will a fake IMSI from AT&T (it means only the first few numbres) also work?

Thanks to Vladimir_CDI,ozbimmer, who figured this out! I Just wrote a "How to...", let's start....


Step 2 - Getting IMSI from AT&T SIM card which came with an iPhone

1. Put your AT&T SIM card in programer
2. Click on "Tasks" then on "IMSI select" u will get a IMSI number, write it down.
3. Close Woronscan
4. Remove SIM from programer

First, i am sincerely grateful to Sassha who make this instrument , oz and everybody who devoted a lot of effort of this sim cloning method. When i got my silvercard and read/writer this morning i can't wait to try this solution, every thing is great until the step 2 . As i put my iPhone AT&T sim card in my card read/writer and run woron1.09 , there is the problem come. It shows:

PIN1 is disabled
PIN1 remaining 3 attemps
PUK1 remaining 10 attemps
09:30:01
Starting 2R attack on 0 pair....
The GSM algorithm is not comp128-1 ...Scanning stoped...

I am assured that is my iPhone's AT&T card , but why would this massage
out ? Did my iPhone get the newer sim card? How could i know my IMSI in other way?
