Hi, guys:

After spending a lot of time, I learn something about the sim cloning.
Maybe someone want to know kind of things.

1. When you got a Silver Card, it may empty within. So the SIM-EMU can't recognize it as an GSM sim card. The error message will be "No Card Inserted".

2. To solve this problem, you may need "IC-Prog" to write the loader(Flash) and the EEPROM into Silver Card.

3. This part you will need two hardware and two hex files. To write the loader(Flash) you need JDM writer. To write the EEPROM, you need the Phoenix Card writer.

These things confuse me a while. So if you guys need to know something else, and happened I know, I'm glad to share everything to you.

So, how did you find out which version you have?

I have downloaded iFuntastic 2.5.0... you think I can use this tool to make the iASIGN and change the EDGE settings?

Can some one answer this question?

1. Can I use Gold or Green Card instead of Silver card?
2. The position 0 and 9, what is the relationship? I know 0 is the cloned information, why we need position 9?

Found an old German T-D1 GSM Sim ( about 12 years old !) , but as far as i know even with this one its not possible to read the KI !

So it seems to be very hard to find a matching sim in germany !

I'm in Newcastle but can go to Sydney easily and im going to Brissy in a couple of weeks.. would Love for any advice! any of you guys use msn? mayb we can all keep in contact on there too?
