Triple boot problems.
I tried triple booting my Dell Dimension 520 today.
i already had ubuntu, and Xp already installed in that order.
So i installed IATKOS V7 and after it reboots it goes to Darwin.
I hit enter to get the option to choose an OS.
i hit enter on Mac OSX and it just reboots my PC.
Anyone know what would cause this?

Hello,
What kind of CPU and Video Card are you running? Did you set the partition for iAktos as Mac OS X Extended (Journaled)? Also, read my guide on triple booting. I would suggest installing iAktos first, create 3 partitions
-1 Mac OS X Extended (Journaled)
-2 FAT32 Partitions (One labled LINUX and one labeled XP or WINDOWS)
After you make those partitions, go ahead and install Ubuntu next, then Windows. Its easier to do it that way.
(Make sure in the Ubuntu installation you set the partition manually.)

Erm I am in microsoft class now (ironic I know, it is for my job,but I want the certificate anyways).
I know it is an Intel and the Card is Nvidia 7300 LE.
I really do not want to restart everything, as I already have Ubuntu and Windows installed.
I did do the Mac Partition with Extend Journal.
I am thinking maybe it is the ISO I downloaded but I dunno.
I am going to try again when I get home.
I already have a Netbook that is triple booted (XP, Mac, Ubuntu) in that order.
EDIT:
Let me say this, is it normal for the installation to just end and reboot?
That is what happen when I installed the Iatkos v7.
I would expect a prompt or something.

Did a message come up saying it was going to restart after the installation was done or did it just restart automatically? If it did it automatically, then its the ISO.
I would try a distro like iDeneb for Intel Based systems and Dell PC's. Intel seems to work with a lot of pre-built PC's.

So I got Ideneb and now I can't pick a HDD.
nevermind. changed the bios. installing now:
I got a an installation failled and it said it was the post script for Chameleon 2.
I reboot, I select Mac from my Linux grub, and it gives me chameleon, both XP and Mac will not boot.
I know how to fix windows but not Mac.

I noticed that also. Its the new update for EasyBCD. Apple also released a new Chameleon. Will update when I figure something out. Had a friend on MSN with the same problem.

Let me know.
I am assuming Mac can't come after Windows for now.
It seems to delete the Windows Boot.ini (don't understand how though) and it screws with the Mac boot.
