I need help booting to Mac!

Hi, i am a normal Windows user, and i was wondering about dual booting JaS Mac OS X86 on my PC. My PC is Vista at the moment, but when I am installing Mac from DVD, it just makes "loop boot" so when it loads, the screen goes black, and my computer reboots... :confused:
So I really need help if someone can help me with this thing :)

My PC:
ASUS Laptop
Intel Pentium Dual-Core CPU T3200 2 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 9300m GS 512 MB
RAM: 4GB
Vista Home Premium SP1

Please reply, i really want to get the Mac OS X work :)

EDIT:
Here is screenshot about my CPU. You can see it supports SSE2 and SSE3, but it is still not working..
