Hi... thanks for your guide.. but am still not able to figure out if I can boot using an external drive which has OS X leopard already installed.. I have posted a thread here Is this Possible? Booting Leopard from External drive (Original Macbook on Windows 7 - Hackint0sh Can u help? Thanks!
Do i still select to install chameleon? or do i not install it?
I followed the tutorial but in the end i come up to a dang "Grub boot loader" I dont how to use this. I installed Chameleon though when i was installing iAtkos Leopard.

I Had Win7 already installed on my primary computer, so I couldnt reinstall it, I used iAtkos v7 and got a clean install of OS X, but it still wouldnt boot from the OS X drive (Windows boot manager didnt recognize it of course!).

Just head to "Add or Remove an Entry" or something like that in eBSD, then you can select Mac OS X, then hit the drop-down menu and instead of a mac computer, you need to select "Generic x86 PC." This should let the windows boot menu recognize the OS X entry and add it. If it still wont work, you will need to put in iAtkos again and go to the Chameleon v2 installer, then do the eBCD thing again.
Then you may get a windows boot error, you need to put in your windows disc, then repair your computer. as soon as you do that it should find the problem and ask you if you want to fix it and reboot.
Hi :D Thanks to your guide i managed to get EasyBCD to let me boot OSX on boot up, however when i select OSX, it shows some code and then up comes the grey apple page with the dark grey apple logo and the spinning loading thingy below it. It will stay like that and not change :/ Do i need to re install with some different kexts drivers and kernels?
Hey...thanks for the tutorial btw. I was finally able to get it working with a few issues along the way. Now I am having trouble because my laptop keyboard and mouse dont recognize in Leopard. I was able to use it when I put in an external mouse and keyboard. Otherwise, neither my touchpad mouse or laptop keyboard work with Leopard, but they work fine with Windows 7.
I try to install leopard on a system already installed with Windows 7.
So, using Hiren's BootCD, i create a new partition of type FAT32, and make'it active. Then boot with iPC, everything goes normally, until have to format the partition with disk utility. I see partition of my HDD, I click "erase" but seem to not work, partition remain FAT32, and cannot continue with install. I disabled sata mode without success.
The same thing happens on a HP NX9420 (laptop) and Dell Inspiron 530 (desktop). What am I doing wrong?
i accidentally set new partition to active and now my computer doesn't boot, can i fix this? and install iatkos as well?
