    Default How do I Dualboot the iPC OSX86 Leopard and Windows XP?

    Hi all!

    I'm a total n00b here, wondering how can I dualboot my recently downloaded iPC OSX86 Leopard. I want to try it since I love Mac OS.

    Is there a guide to do it? Can you link me to it?

    Thank you so much.

    Default

    Remember your install OSX Leopard, iPC its just a distribution with lots of kext to help you install... now...

    Repair WINXP bootloader with the XP Disc, then boot into XP and copy CHAIN0 file from Installation DVD (iPC in the case) to C:
    edit boot.ini

    Your Boot.ini should looks like this

    [boot loader]
    timeout=1
    default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOW S
    [operating systems]
    multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS=”Micro soft Windows XP Professional” /noexecute=optin /fastdetect
    C:\chain0=”OSX LEOPARD” <-- just add this line
    Note: You can change the name in the in the quotes, OSX, Leopard, etc.

    P.S: Google a bit next time
