Exclamation How do I dual boot XP and OSX Panther?

I have XP installed and wanted to dual boot with OsX 10.3 (Panther). Booted the bootloader cd (Boot-132 Cd). When Darwin loads I press enter. I am then asked to enter a two-digit hexadecimal boot device[9f]. I don't press any key, eject the boot cd and replace it with the OsX Panther CD1.

The screen says that setup will start in 10 seconds with a countdown (I'm still in a DOS-like environment, I don't see any graphical interface). Then it shows an error and the pc is caught in an endless loop of the 10 second countdown and the error.

How do I get it to stop and Install OSX?
