I have a pc that I wish to dual boot with windows 7

I am new to OSX 86 and I need to know what distro to use and what version (if my hardware is compatible)

here are my specs

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition AM3 CPU
RAM: Corsair XMS3 4GB PC10666 DDR3 Dual Channel 1333MHz
PSU: Corsair TX950 950W 80 Plus Power Supply
HDD: 1.5 TB Segate
Screen: Samsung P2250 21.5" 1920x1080 LCD Monitor
