    Default Can someone clearify something for me

    I have an asus eee pc 1005peb which I use for school. I dont want to lose everything I have on it and I *cough* upgraded to windows 7 ultimate without paying for it *cough cough* If I want to dual boot it will i have to reformat and lose everything and reupgrade it and lose all my files?

    This depends on what you are going to use to prep your installation for Snow Leopard. If you do iBoot or Chameleon you will lose your Windows Partition as you need the GUID Table to install SL on a new partition, versus the MBR(Master Boot Record). I do know of some distro's that have the option to ignore MBR, but I cant remember what it is called.
