Default Bios setting for dual HDD dual boot

So I am in the process of building a new computer and am wondering how I can set it up so that I have two HDD and run vista on one and OSX on the other HDD. I don't know how to get it to work and am wondering how the computer will deal with the boot issue. Is there any program that would allow you to flash the BIOS to allow it to chose which HDD to boot from instead of having to go through the boot settings in the bios every time you turn the computer on?

So how do I set up so that I can run both OS on different HDD? I have looked at a couple of forum posts and none of them are really clear on how to accomplish this.

    Default Dual HDD; Dual Boot

I actually just got done doing this and I am currently running IPC OS X 10.5.6.
One of the easiest ways to do this is to just install each os on the hard drives that you want them on. as soon as thats done. go in to your bios set device boot priority with the HDD that has the OS you will use the most at the top. then 2nd boot device put the other HDD. after this is complete when you start it should just boot to your first one every time. the way you boot the other os is by hitting like F12 is what it is for my motherboard and it will pull up all the bootable devices and i can just choose the other HDD. you just have to figure out what is the key you have to hit to pull up your boot devices. I hope this helps if not just let me know I'm sure i could mess with things to figure it out.
