Questions?

Since no one helps me on the other topic i decided to write it here too.
Anyways, I got an HP Laptop. And i've been wondering if this tutrial is good: http://revver.com/video/1114779/leop...stall-tutorial

And if there's no danger to my laptop by doing this.
So all i have to do is to download iAtkos v5 on BitTorrent and then to open it to burn it on a CD And to do what it says on the tutrial?
