Distro Suggestion for Hp Pavilion m7750n

Hello, on this PC I have used windows in the past and am currently using Ubuntu. I'm ready for my own hackintosh though, so I'm wondering which distro works best for an Hp Pavilion m7750n?

Processor AMD Athlon 64 X2 2.6 GHz
Chipset NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT
Installed Memory 2 GB (DDR2 SDRAM)
Video Output Interface PCI Express
Hard Drive Interface Serial ATA
