    This is my configuration hardware

    MB: ASROCK M3A790GXH
    CPU: Phenom II 945 3.0GHz
    VGA: Sapphire 4870 1Gb
    HD: WD CAVIAR BLACK 1TB
    Ram DDR3: 2x1Gb Kingstone 1800 MHz+2x2gb Corsair 1600 MHz

    Which OSX distribtuion do i need?

    Is there any tutorial to install OSX with W7 that's already installed?
