HP Pavilion dv6745us with AMD help?
I'm new to this idea of putting os x on my pc, but I just bought this laptop from a friend and now I want to try something new. Can anyone help me get started? I'm currently downloading OS X 10.6.1096 (Developer Preview) from BetaArchive... Will I be able to use this?
Can anyone help me out?
processor: AMD Turion 64 X2 mobile technology TL-60 2.00 GHz
RAM : 2.00 GB
System type: 32-bit Windows 7
Thanks so much!

You would need lots of preparation to install that release to your system.
But why does it have to be a Developer Preview version?
What system/chipsets/cpu do the version kernel/system support?
If you want to install that then you would have some info, correct?

It doesn't have to be the release i got from betaarchive, I'm willing to download a new one if it would be easier. I was just stating that that is what I have. I'd gladly get rid or it if there was an easier route. I don't really know anything about the version I've downloaded other than its name.
So if anyone has any idea of what would be the best way to put OS X on my system, I'd gladly appreciate it!
Thanks!
