Im brand new to these forums but ive been watching hackintosh since the early 10.5 realeases.
I recently purchased a core i5 laptop equipped with a geforce 310M graphics card.
I hear the brand new realease of snow leopard 10.6.3 supports many core i's and new geforce chipsets.!
I'm really eager to install Mac OSX but i cant seem to find any good complete 10.6.3 distros.
What i am basically looking for is someone to explain to me insimple words how to correctly install Mac OSX on my PC.

I am more than willing to talk to people over aim or txting (prefered)

There are information to install OSX on your system.

What you need is to look around and read those info. The reason why you can not find it is because you're not looking hard enough.

Find out what is best for your system.

Yes, the SL 10.6.3 supports your system.

I might be able to help you with this. Unlike previous versions of OSX the only and most likely way to install 10.6 is via retail with boot123.

I would also recommend this route as the specs of the laptop are pretty much the same as a Macbook Pro. I've also looked at that particular just so I can myself install 10.6 as on my current laptop I can only run 10.5 due to the limitation of it running on AMD.

Some AMD can run SL just fine. My old Athlon x2 is at 10.6.4.

i read your thread and was wondering if you could install the mac osx on your laptop.
i recently bought the same laptop and wanted to dual boot into osx.
i've tried steps with iATKOS and SnowOSX Universal but failed, it never boots in the system to let me install the osx.
it reboots itself everytime.
if you succesfully installed the osx can you please help me ??
