I am able to install iATKOS v7 on this laptop without a problem. However, the computer is unable to completely boot. After the chameleon appears on screen and the OS X boot screen appears, the machine reboots. I have tried reinstalling. Is there perhaps a better distro for me? Is there something i can/need to do? Am i doing something wrong?

My Specs are:

HP Compaq nx9600
Pentium 4 HT 3.66ghz
1GB RAM
90GB HDD
