ok so i have a advent 5311 is is currently on windows xp professional sp3

i have tried using kalyway 10.5.2 and when i go to disk utility it doesnt see my hard rive i was wondering am i doing something wrong or should i be using a different distro any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have AHCI support? did you try with another distro? sowwy about delay
