That is better to hear. Boot option -x -v is needed, then mix in cpus=1 and/or busration=20 see how far it can go. Then post you error codes.

    Hi,
I guess the best method is a camera, cell phone maybe. As long as you can read the lines to see what happens. May need other members to join in for decipher those KP messages.
One more thing you could try real quick is boot option maxmem=2048. Sometimes, OSX installer doesn't like to have to much memory, LOL.

    Hi,
That is a good news, one step forward, at least you got through the installation. Now, I don't know what you've selected during installation so it is hard to tell. Since the installation did not take that long, you could do it again to see if you select everything correctly.
When you're at the installation screen, look at the top bar, in utility there should be a hardware information tab, look through it see what recognizes by OSX then select your options under customization. You will need your chips set and other things. Keep it at minimum so you don't have trouble reboot it because you can always install video, network, audio etc. later. Need to select your chipsets, SATA/IDE drivers, CPU and kernel (don't use vanilla).
Try it to see what happens.
