    Hi,
That is good for you to have quad boot.
What configurations are you looking for, and what version of the distro?
What is the specs in your particular hardware for OSX setup?

    Hi,
That is more or less advertising specs, not what your OSX is looking for.
What chipsets model and number, lan model and number, SATA or IDE drive and controller type, wifi model and number, your BIOS settting options.

For your multiple boot, did you already prepare hard drive partitions for your os's? What types? Do you have plan ahead to fix MBR during os's installation?
You have plan for bootloader and its proper partition?

    Hi,
For customization you just have to try.
You CPU could take a vanilla kernel.
    South bridge is ICH9 fix.
    PS2
Video don't select driver. NV 9800 may need video injection.
    Lan driver
    Wifi if have driver
    The essentials and fixed.
Keep it at minimal, and should choose only one per category.
    Regards,
