Will "Restore" from 2G Wipe out 3G JB/Unlock?
Sorry if this is a newbe question...
I have a 3G phone that I just successfully updated to 3.1.2 through iTunes and then did the Blackra1n/Blacksn0w process.
I had previously Activated the phone with a valid ATT Sim.
Everything went well.
This 3G phone will be replacing a QuickPwn 2G phone that my daughter uses on T-Mobile.
Can she "restore" her data and apps from iTunes without overwriting the 3G blackra1n/blacksn0w procedure?
Thanks.

It might work, you would have been better off restoring her data first and then jailbreaking/unlocking.
Either way, this approach is not recommended, especially when the backup comes from a different model iPhone that was jailbroken. Apple does not test or support restoring a backup from a jailbroken iPhone.
You can try it but if you experience performance problems or poor battery life, it is always recommended to try setting up the iPhone as new as a potential solution.
