rc2 of blackra1n for 5.11.07 (3.1.2 AND 3.1.3)

hi,
have you seen this:blacksn0w RC2: Pushfix-Entwickler aktualisiert Geohot-Unlock I know this is a german thread but it just tells that this is an unluck from msft.guy to unlock also 3GS which has old baseband

doesn't work for me, neither on CFW 3.1.2 nor on CFW 3.1.3 maybe you have more luck then me. my phone freezes immediately after installing.

This has actually been patched a little more by the guy behind pushfix. It supposedly fixes some of the wifi problems that some blacksn0w users have reported.

Reports are it works on 3.1.3 and 3.1.2 - If it did not work for you, please post details on your config and the commcenter crashlog.

i've personally tested blacksn0w rc2 on:

- iphone 3G running 3.1.2 + BB = 05.11.07 - working ok
- iphone 3G running 3.1.3 + BB = 05.11.07 - working ok

A friend of mine tested:

- iphone 3GS + old bootrom + fw 3.1.2 + BB=05.11.07 - working ok. Her phone was having wifi issue and problem after reset network settings. After testing blackra1n rc2, her phone is good so far.

I have been reading before i try my jb/unlock. I do have a dumb question though.
Do you have to remove blackrain after everything is installed? or can i just leave it on the board.
i am getting ready to unlock/jailbreak my 3g. i have to first install 3.1.2 and then install blackrain/snow. as of right now i am 3g at 3.1 and 5.11.07
I am ready to install 3.1.2 using itunes and then i intended to run blackrain/snow

I suggest you use redsn0w 0.9.2/0.9.3. It's a cleaner jailbreak than blackra1n.
