If you just run BlackRa1n again it should boot properly but you probably have a tethered JB so will need to use BlackRa1n to kick start your phone every time you reboot your phone.
I did this: ran blackr1an first time and the Iphone did not complete the steps.
When Iphone rebooted, it went back to itunes icon and cable.
With itunes icon and usb cable on iphone screen I ran blackr1an again and iphone came back to life.
I would like to know why when I boot my Iphone it comes back to itunes icon and usb cable on iphone screen?
Why does it happens?
Is it possible to JB it another way?
Tks for answering!
If that is what is happening, then there is no other option right now but to reboot with your phone plugged into your computer. It may or may not be a pain in the butt for you, it depends on how often you reboot.
If you aren't doing things that require a reboot, or you don't let your phone die, you should be fine. Just reboot your phone every few days at home (tethered) to keep it fresh.

I read this on George Hotz:
"If your ipt2/3GS/ipt3 is rebooting into recovery after running blackra1n, this isn't a bug. :D
It's a feature. You need to run blackra1n every time to boot it. This 'feature', called tethered jailbreak, is enabled by upgrades Apple made to the bootrom and the fact ipt3 uses nand flash."
It's a SH**!!!
Next problem!
How do I fix tethered jailbreak???
See you
When you find a way to fix it can you let everyone else know?
Until you come up with a new exploit to replace 24kpwn there is no fix.
Yep, Confusious is right, there is no fix and no hint at it. I don't think that slight irritation is worth the work for the developers to fix.
It was enough of an irritation for me to return a phone that was given to me via warranty though. I sent it back because I prefer the fact that I can reboot my current phone without tethering..but I'm always screwing with it and reboots and restores aren't uncommon.
I don't know if is true, but redSn0w 0.9.4 is were
