3.1.3 hung on apple boot logo after installing blacksn0w

have jailbroken iphone 3g
The version it says in the about menu is 3.1.3

Ive tried to install this app called blacksn0w through cydia to have the phone unlocked. When I installed it, phone just froze. So I held the home and top buttons together for a while and it rebooted the phone.

Now when I turn it on, it hangs on the apple logo.... seriously wtf???????

Blacksn0w (original version - from blackweather) does not work on OS 3.1.3

You need Blacksn0w RC2 http://www.hackint0sh.org/f230/117709.htm

To get out of your current problem, there is a modified version of redsn0w that you need to use to get your iPhone to boot up so you can remove RC1 of blacksn0w (see http://www.hackint0sh.org/f220/124913-6.htm#post542317)
