I am traveling to Dublin this summer and I'd like to use an O2 SIM in my Movistar (spain) Iphone.

It is an iPhone 3G (3.1.3) Modem Firmware 05.12.01

I have notice that most of the Jailbreaks etc...are for 3.1.2.... could you recommend me any suitable for 3.1.3 SIM unlocking.

Btw, another question! Do the Jailbreak...Hack...or whatever else keep your datas as contacts and so?

Nope, there's no unlock available for the 05.12.01 baseband. Not expected for a month or so.
