Hi I have a combination of problems on my iphone 3gs first is it us on emergency call screen and also I don't have the at&t sim then its on 4.3.5 stock firmware so its not jailbroken and my biggest problem is the power button is broken so I can't enter dfu mode my only solution until now is wait for devs to make a miracle which would be jailbrake ios 5 without entering dfu mode and thanks in advance

Why not just pay to get the power button replaced? It's a small component and a skilled repair technician can replace this within a short time?

All the NON-dfu jailbreaks generally require that you can get past the "slide for emergency" screen before you can jailbreak.
