keep trying it wouldnt work on windows 7 for me but worked on xp. Just whatever you do dont give up and restore your phone.

Ok - that's great that your phone is booting up again.
Now, if you have blacksn0w unlock installed on your phone, remove it OR you can use Cydia and add in this source: cydia.pushfix.info.

After adding that source, you will see blacksn0w RC2. Go ahead and update your phone with that patched blacksn0w. This is a patched version done by msft and packaged by pushfix. This version may resolve your wifi issue

argh... my 3gs is stuck in this mode, hope Im lucky too, already had around 15msgs but the battery was full before turning itself off, so I guess its an all nighter...

minutes ago I saw the battery low symbol (one red strip battery) it resetted itself and when it finished and restarted blackrain was reapplied but it was still looping, when it finished again one red stripe battery, will see if after a few more reboots it gets out of the loop.

I have a 3G on 3.1.2, jailbroke with blackra1n, unlocked with blacksn0w. Have been trying many methods to try to beat this look, and would like to try this one. But I don't know how to make blackra1n run multiple times. I always quit then relaunch it to "make it ra1n" again. How do I do this. I'm on a PPC G4 Powerbook - no intel. Paying AT&T for my service, but really need jailbreak for internet in the field! Can't use redsn0w on my machine. Any other options out there to re jailbreak on my computer if I have to restore it to 3.1.3 cause I can't beat the loop? I'm a newbie for sure, but have stayed up past few nights looking in all forums for a solution. So thankful for any help!

tried it with no luck, itunes sees the iphone in recovery, checks the server and stays there for a while. pushing both buttons I shut it down the hard way.

Restart the phone, launch blackra1n and it does not get out of it, after about 4 minutes I see the rotating icon doing something over geohot face but 2 or 3 minutes later the phone resets itself.

Is there a way to inject pushfix solution when the phone is in recovery mode?

what I did to make blackrain load itself every time is to put the phone in DFU mode, then a hard reset and then let it start in recovery mode, from there blackrain autostarted everytime the phone resetted itself.

left it overnight, 25 reloads of blackra1n and still no luck, maybe the procedure does not like w7 at all, will try at the office where I still have an XP machine.
