About LinkBackscan anyone help have a or should i say had a jailbroken iphone3gs pressed wrong button and updated through i tunes was running 3. somthing think it has upgraded to 4.1 and now i cant re jailbreak or get the phone to activate any ideas

Download tiny umbrella and see if your baseband updated to 05.14.02, if that happened, you'll have to wait for new unlock... if that didn't happen i think you can Jailbreak with limera1n and unlock with ultrasnow (found in Cydia once phone is jailbreak)

yep tiny umbrella says Baseband: 05.14.02 so any ideas where i may find a jail break?

Get limera1n or greenpoison..you can jailbreak with that.. However you can't unlock that baseband yet (soon, next month probably)

i have both greenpoison will not pick up dfu mode and limera1n just sits on dfu mode for last count about 2 hours starting to look for the hammer to kill it soon lol
dont mind as of yet about unlocking just need to jailbreak and activate oh and got it wrong its a 3g not a 3gsLast edited by ajb2606; 10-13-2010 at 01:01 AM.

MAC or Windows? Both are not supported for MAC yet :S.. Greenpois0n mac version will be released soon, they are working on it but no ETA yet..
Those are the 2 jailbreaks i know for 4.1 :S... maybe you have to downgrade to 4.0.1 if they don't work.. how? Search --> Guides

Both are available on mac now. I would recommend pwnagetool on the mac though.
