I have an odd problem I've noticed since using blacksn0w on 3.1.3.

Long story short, for the longest time I was on 3.1.2 with the 05.11.07 baseband until I messed things up and was forced to update to 3.1.3 (removing the baseband update as per these instructions

So the last few days I've been on blacksn0w RC2 but sometimes, and this has happened twice already, the service drops, and then goes to "No Service" and subsequently "Searching..." when it's searching the phone is very slow and bluetooth is greyed out in the settings. Rebooting the phone takes a long time and it still doesn't find service. Last time I just gave up and restored my phone to 3.1.3 again (without baseband update) and everything seemed to be fine until it happened again today.

When I was on 3.1.2 i would just switch to airplane mode and turn it off and my service would come back. Now the whole phone freezes if I go into airplane mode.

Is this just a bug in blacksn0w I have to live with??

Try uninstalling blacksn0w and try the new ultrasn0w 0.9.3 it works with your baseband 05.11.07 so you can safely test this out without any hassle.

Ultrasn0w has always been more stable than blacksn0w and reports are 0.9.3 is a big improvement for those currently experiencing problems with blacksn0w.

Yeah it's true, I actually tried the new ultrasn0w yesterday and it's working great now.
