Every time i power the phone off and turn it back on I have the picture of the itunes icon and the cable, the phone won't work. But if I run black rain again it works. How do i fix this?

To unlock I used blacksnow I think it was (whatever comes with the latest blackrain - there was rock, cydia and I believe black snow, 3 extra things to install automatically).

This is normal with iPhones manufactured after september 2009. Apple has changed the bootrom and there is no known solution yet. Search around, there is plenty of information regarding this.
