Tether freeze
I have a new iPhone that is running the latest software. I used blackrain to jailbreak then snow to unlock. Then downloaded the differ t carrier settings so I could tether. Tether worked fine but then started to go sown hill: 3g was fading in and out and then the phone would freeze. Did a hard reset and fine but then I froze completly and had to do a restore. This all was over the course of about 4 days.
So jailbroke again and used mywi for tethering and same thing happens. Like the phone just kept on getting worse loosing 3g signal then froze completly.
Is this normal? I know I am doing not something good with the phone but I am stuck without Internet now until sat and need it in order to do my jobin a different country.
Will continuosly having to restore and jailbreak hurt my phone? When I have wifi and don't need to tether I would still like to have the option along with all the other cool jailbroken apps but not if I have to restore every four days.
Please let me know if anyone else has had this problem and if I am doing something wrong.

How did you edit the tmob carrier settings? Mobileconfig? Custom carrier bundle?

at&t
it is at&t settings through a download from wekendz1 or something or other, just new settings as explained on the net.
The situation is that I have done it that way and through the mywi app in rocks and the same thing has happened.
