Dear all,

I really need help...my 3gs jailbreaked with blackrain went down and couldn't be restarted...I then tried to reboot it with blackrain but it could never find the device, what I did then, and I think this was stupid was to download itunes 9.1.1 and tried rebooting or recovering the iphone through Itunes...I think it was then updated to 3.1.3...(I thought I may be able to to another jailbreak with spirit???) now, blackrain is not working anymore it only shows ads.dll errors...itunes cannot reboot my device anymore as well!!!

Is there any help? I already brought the phone to a shop and they told me after a week they cannot fix the problem...sorry for bothering you all with this but I definitly need some help to get it back running, is there any possibility for that?

There is heaps of information on the forums about the issues you are struggling with. You haven't bothered to search before taking action. This is the source of most of your problems. Why should people help you if you don't take the time to help yourself?

If you search at all, you will find that I have posted very clear views about how dangerous blackra1n and blacksn0w are... You should have taken the opportunity to restore your iPhone and replace your jailbreak/unlock with a less unstable solution.

Using spirit was a very bad idea. It likely has made it much more difficult to fix.

Now.. back to your problem. again if you search, you will find heaps of posts where I make it clear that the key two pieces of information that most posters fail to mention when they ask for help with a 3GS. What bootrom (from your post, I can guess it is a new-bootrom) and have you saved any SHSH blobs for your iPhone?

Additionally:

Have you synced your iPhone with your computer recently?
Do you have access to a mac?
