    Question (revirginize)/ Unjailbreak 3GS iboot 359.3.2 ?

    Good day everybody,

A friend of mine just bought an iPhone 3GS(iboot 359.3.2 of course..) and, even knowing blackra1n RC3 wouldn't totally jailbreak it, I did it(to actually see what tethered jailbreak means)
But it's not friendly to execute blackra1n every time battery empties, especially for my friend who isn't involved in computers.
I know it's totally my fault to have been too curious, and I'd like to fix.

My question is : how can I restore his iPhone? I tried to Alt-clic(on mac) on restore in iTunes and select a previously downloaded 3.1.2.ipsw, the restore prepares, iPhone reboots and...get stuck on the "Plug to iTunes" icon.. sounds normal because of the blackra1n non-supported exploit. But if I run blackra1n RC3 to kickstart iPhone, then the iTunes restore never goes. Doesn't crash, though, but iPhone never restores.

I searched a lot on Internet and it seems reflashing NOR would be needed. But I couldn't find the terminal commands I should run. Anyone (expert) can help me here, give me a (good) lead?

    Thanks.
    adrien, in a bad situation(before a friend)

Put the iPhone into DFU mode and then do the restore.
