Stuck. Please help.

OK, i had the 3.1.2 and i got the frozen apple logo, so i restored to a 3.1.2 custom fw with cydia installed and hacktivated.

Its a 3GS with old bootrom and with baseband 5.11.07.

After i restored to that firmware, i installed blacksn0w and when i do that, the iphone frozens and when i reboot, its not able to go over the apple logo again.

What should i do? I need to use it with another carrier but the blacksn0w frozens my iphone.

edit: i had finally to use again blacksn0w to make it work. What other soft could i use to have my iphone working without blackra1n?

How much research have you done?

Blacksn0w is bad news - see http://www.hackint0sh.org/f220/124913.htm

Ultrasn0w has since been updated to support that baseband version and works much better.

Blackra1n is also not the best jailbreak (unless you have broken home/power button). Use pwnagetool custom IPSW or redsn0w 0.9.2
