Blackra1n and push not working, should I downgrade?

I am using a 3g iphone on t-mobile, firmware 3.1.2, and push notifications are very sporadic, I'll maybe get 1 out of the 20 or so that are being sent to me in a single day. I have tried the push and youtube fix, and that did fix youtube, but push is still wonky, even tried re-installing the fix, uninstalling then installing, reinstalling my push apps after applying the fix, but nothing seems to work.

So I think my best bet is to go back to the old baseband and just use ultrasn0w like I was before. Is it possible to downgrade using an old firmware, if so, can someone tell me which firmware contains the one unlockable by ultrasn0w?

Baseband has nothing to do with push notifications not being reliable.

Your problem is that all the push certificates you have tried are not unique to just your iPhone.

After several attempts, I was finally able to get those instructions working. It was a pain, but now everything seems to be working well. Thank you for your help.
