black screen after blackra1n

I have a factory unlocked 3GS with the new bootrom.
It was running fine for about a month until i decided I need to jailbreak it (to install callerID Fix). I used blackra1n and it worked fine. I did not have to use any unlocks as this was already activated and working.
I am now running on a tethered boot and it is fine with me, what is not fine, is that every day or so, the phone gives a black screen and I cannot do anything untill i Enter DFU mode and turn it off then back on then I would need to connect to a PC to boot it!
It is not a 3.1.2 issue as I had it for a month without any problem...
but why would it suddenly give a black screen? and it is happening at random intervals! I am thinking to restore the phone without any kind of jailbreak until a more reliable one is out!
But before I do that I wanted to know if anybody faced similar issues.

It doesn't sound like a problem with BlackRa1n - have you installed anything else?

the latest I installed was Camera Zoom, but i am not even running it.

Something you have installed has caused the problem.
Restore run BlackRa1n
see if it works
Install your apps one by one, checking in between each one to see if iot works.

yes i have same problem blackscreen , when blackrain puts phone into recovery mode, 5 phones same problem, any answers?.. 3g, and 3gs....

darn just run blackra1n and now my iphone 3Gs stuck in DFU mode (black screen)

and now new 3.1.3 firmware is out i cannot restore to that firmware because my baseband will lock permanently.... :(

someone help how to make 3Gs come out of DFU mode?

i try pressing power button + home button for 30 seconds for reboot but it still won't come out (apple logo) it keeps fall back to DFU black screen mode

sn0wbreeze 1.4 can only jailbreak 3Gs with old boot rom, mine is the new one... i cannot restore with custome firmware of 3.1.2 either

check if the firmware modem is 05.12.01
inpossible to jailbreak

its turn to blackscreen only

if old bootrom and non-MC i think you can do that jailbreak if non mc only

I can`t reboot my Iphone 3gs 16gb after rerun blackra1n by tethering in second instance. Anyone know how to fix this terrible issue?. Iphone looks absolutly dead , Just Itunes recognize like dfu mode but Apple refuse install 3.1.2 and by unlock reasons I can`t restore with 3.1.3 ( iboot new). I tried snowbreeze 1.5 and appear error 1600 in Itunes. Nothing looks like a correct solution. Please any idea to solve it.. Thanks
