    Have you tried push doctor?
[cmdshft] Blog Archive Free Push Fix for hacktivated iPhone’s is here!

Some GPS problems are due to incorrect certificates. Push doctor installs legitimate certificates.

i do have push doctor installed and it fixed my push fuction only..
actually i found out what was the reason for this bug. i tried to uninstall blacksn0w and run the gps app such as navigon. it ran perfectly! but after i reinstall blacksn0w again and run the app, it went back to the same problem. so i assume blacksn0w is causing this problem. not blackra1n. unlucky im on 05.11.07 already and can't use ultrasn0w.. guess just gotta wait for new bb unlock..

Have you tried blacksn0w RC2 final? This delays loading blacksn0w until much later in the bootprocess when the comms hardware (including gps) has properly initialised. It's worth a try.
