I have a 16 gig 3gs iphone build is 2009 week 45. so i used blackra1n to jailbreak and then unlocked the phone. I was able to use the phone whenever i rebooted i used blackra1n again to jailbreak so i could use it. But then one day i guess i dl something off of cydia and i rebooted since then every time i use the blackrain software it showes me the pic and then reboots and the logo showes up again which is to connect iphone with itunes. It keeps doing that every time i run the blackra1n software.
I have no clue what to do i cannot try to restore it using 3.1.2 firmware becuase itunes wont let me and the blackra1n does not work anymore either? what is going on please help. Everyone says use blackra1an it will work but it wont it keeps rebooting after the pic comes up and keeps telling me to connect to itunes.

Also : i think the battery is being drained? i m sure i charged it all the way and then tried to run blackrain few time and gave up. i m sure i turned off the phone cuz when i hit home button nothing came up and connect to itunes screen was not there either. I think the battery runs out very quick what is going on.

This is a somewhat common problem. Only guaranteed solution is to restore to OS 3.1.3 from Apple and lose unlock/jailbreak.

If you can post what is reported when you connect via iRecovery that might help give you a more precise answer
