Hey guys,

I accidentally updated to 3.1.2 through iTunes, and now I'm stuck with the emergency screen and iTunes showing me the 'SIM card not supported page'. What should I do to get rid of this?

I tried going in DFU mode and restore, but I keep getting errors and restoring fails.

Also tried blackra1n, but still get the emergency screen.

Any thoughts on how to restore my iPhone? Get to the menu so that I'll be able to control my settings?

Download the latest blackra1n (RC3) released a few hours ago.

Shut down iTunes and ituneshelper before running blackra1n again. It should work. What OS are you running?

I just tried that, I got the emergency screen after the process was done. :\
Windows XP.

What carrier are you with? What carrier was the iPhone locked to?

same here! after accidently upgrade the fw 3.1.2 from itunes.. it's not working at all.

I got iphone 3g, 16gb, jailbreak and unlock with fw 2.2.1.
I am with T-mobil3 and running windows 7 and/or xp prof.

I will tried to dl the blackra1n and do it again at home.

any suggestion is good.

I download the lastest blaskra1n, run it.. and I am now stall cydia and Blacksn0n to unlock.

I did that, why didn't it work for me?

Have you been able to restore Apple 3.1.2 without error?

Have you tried another computer, another usb cable?

Well I installed Cydia and Blacksn0w.. but only Cydia installed NOT Blacksn0w. Here what i did

from cydia, I add under source \manage\ blackweather
then I install blacksn0w (twice).

After all it's work like a charm for me
