why dont we build somewhat like a reference hardware platform for hacks.
like motherboard, cpu and graphic card.

some setup which works perfectly
(means: sleepmode, speedstep, dual graphic card with qi/qc etc..)

anyone thought about this?

actually, the wiki has a hardware compatibility list for each version of mac os x.. you can search for the best configuration there for each version.. just google "osx86 wiki" to get the HCL..
