Default [VMware] Getting File Out of VMware

i've used this image file to get Vmware Leopard working

[LINK REMOVED: Do not post links to Illegal files]

the whole point of this was to make my own IPSW for my iPhone :iphone:

but for the life of me, i cannot get the IPSW file out of the system!

i cannot get Ethernet to work, i cannot get the disk to mount to get it displayed, my Samsung DVD burner is "not supported".

any other way to get a 200MB file out of Mac OSX Leopard VMware?
